Wire and cable voltage test according to standard 3569-1

 

 

The voltage test shall be made at ambient temperature, using either alternating voltage at power frequency or direct voltage, at the manufacturer’s option.

آزﻣﻮن وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ در دﻣﺎی ﻣﺤﯿﻂ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از وﻟﺘﺎژ ﻣﺘﻨﺎوب ﺑﺎ فرکانس ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﯾﺎ وﻟﺘـﺎژ ﻣﺴـﺘﻘﯿﻢ ، ﺑـﻪ اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﺳﺎزﻧﺪه اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد.

Test procedure for single-core cables

 روش اﻧﺠﺎم آزﻣﻮن ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﺗﮏ رشته :

 

For single-core screened cables, the test voltage shall be applied for 5 min between the conductor and the metallic screen

در ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﺗﮏ رﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻔﺎظ ﻓﻠﺰی، وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ۵ دقیقه ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﺎدی و ﺣﻔﺎظ ﻓﻠﺰی اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﻮد.

Single-core unscreened cables shall be immersed in water at room temperature for 1 h and the test voltage then applied for 5 min between the conductor and the water.

NOTE A spark test is under consideration for single-core cables without any metallic layer.

 

ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﺗﮏ رﺷﺘﻪی ﺑﺪون ﺣﻔﺎظ ﻓﻠﺰی ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﯾﺎ :

به مدت ۱ ساعت در وان پر از آب که هم دما با محیط است غوطه ور شوند و سپس ولتاژ آزمون به مدت ۵ دقیقه بین هادی و آب اعمال شود ، یا اینکه ب- ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ۶۲۲۳۰ IEC در ﻃﻮل ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ، ﺗﺤﺖ آزﻣﻮن ﺟﺮﻗﻪ (spark test) ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ. اﯾـﻦ روش ﺑـﺮای ﺗﻤﺎم ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖﻫﺎی ﻋﺎﯾﻖ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه در اﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.

Test procedure for multicore cables

 روش اﻧﺠﺎم آزﻣﻮن ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﭼﻨﺪ رشته :

For multicore cables with individually screened cores, the test voltage shall be applied for 5 min between each conductor and the metallic layer.

در ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﭼﻨﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ رﺷﺘﻪ ﺣﻔﺎظ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ دارد، وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت min 5 ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫـﺮ ﻫـﺎدی ﻻﯾﻪ ﻓﻠﺰی اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﻮد.

For multicore cables without individually screened cores, the test voltage shall be applied for 5 min in succession between each insulated conductor and all the other conductors and collective metallic layers, if any.

در ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﭼﻨﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ رﺷﺘﻪ ﺣﻔﺎظ ﺟﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪای ﻧﺪارد، وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت min 5 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ بین ﻫﺎدی ﻋﺎﯾﻖدار و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻫﺎدیﻫﺎ و در ﺻﻮرت وﺟﻮد ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎی ﻓﻠﺰی ﻣﺸﺘﺮک، ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﺮ ﻫـﺎد ی ﻋـﺎﯾﻖ دار و این لایه ها اعمال می شود.

The conductors may be suitably connected for successive applications of the test voltage to limit the total testing time, provided that the sequence of connections ensures that the voltage is applied for at least 5 min without interruption between each conductor and each other
conductor and between each conductor and the metallic layers, if any.

ﺑﺮای اﻋﻤﺎل وﻟﺘﺎژ، ﻫﺎدیﻫﺎ را ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﻪﻫﻢ وﺻﻞ ﮐﺮد ﺗﺎ ﮐﻞ زﻣﺎن آزﻣﻮن ﻣﺤﺪود ﺷﻮد، ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮط آنﮐﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اﺗﺼﺎﻻت اﯾﻦ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن را ﺑﺪﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت min 5 ﺑﺪون اﯾﻦﮐﻪ وﻗﻔﻪای ﭘﯿﺶ آﯾﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﺮ ﻫﺎدی و ﻫﺎدی دﯾﮕﺮ و در ﺻﻮرت وﺟﻮد ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎی ﻓﻠﺰی، ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﺮ ﻫـﺎدی و ﻻﯾـﻪ ﻫـﺎی ﻓﻠـﺰی اﻋﻤـﺎل می شود.

Alternatively, three-core cables may be tested in a single operation by using a three-phase transformer.

ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ، در ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﺳﻪ رﺷﺘﻪ، ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از رﺷﺘﻪﻫـﺎ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨـﺪ ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ﺗﮑـﯽ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﯾـﮏ ﺗﺮاﻧﺴﻔﻮرﻣﺎﺗﻮر ﺳﻪﻓﺎز آزﻣﻮن ﺷﻮﻧﺪ.

 

 

Test voltage

ولتاژ آزمون

The power frequency test voltage shall be 2,5 U0 + 2 kV. Values of single-phase test voltages for the standard rated voltages are given in Table 11.

مقدار وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﺑﺴﺎﻣﺪ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ  ۲٫۵U0+2 KV ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ وﻟﺘﺎژﻫﺎی آزﻣﻮن ﺗـﮏ ﻓـﺎز ﺑـﺮای ولتاژﻫﺎی اﺳﻤﯽ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد در ﺟﺪول ۱۱ داده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.

for three-core cables, the voltage test is carried out with a three-phase transformer, the test voltage between the phases shall be 1,73 times the values given in this table.

در ﮐﺎﺑﻞﻫﺎی ﺳﻪ رﺷﺘﻪ، اﮔﺮ آزﻣﻮن وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﯾﮏ ﺗﺮاﻧﺴﻔﻮرﻣﺎﺗﻮر ﺳﻪﻓﺎز اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد، وﻟﺘـﺎژ آزﻣـﻮن بین ﻓﺎزﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ۱/۷۳ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ داده ﺷﺪه در ﺟﺪول ۱۱ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

When a direct voltage is used, the applied voltage shall be 2,4 times the power frequency test voltage.

ﺑﻪ ﻫﻨﮕﺎم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از وﻟﺘﺎژ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ، وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ۲/۴ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ وﻟﺘﺎژ ﻣﺘﻨﺎوب آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﺑﺴﺎﻣﺪ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

In all cases, the test voltage shall be increased gradually to the specified value.

در ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﻮارد، وﻟﺘﺎژ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪﺗﺪرﯾﺞ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داده ﺷﻮد ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮﺳﺪ.

Requirement

No breakdown of the insulation shall occur.
